Singapore CPF ordinary and additional wage model
Combine capped ordinary wages and remaining additional-wage room using verified rates for your age and citizenship or PR status.
Your inputs
Start with the example values, then replace them with your own. For tables, keep the vertical bar separators and use a dot for decimals.
Illustrative inputs are not certified current rates or an entitlement decision. Confirm the country, year, eligibility and contract. This limited model is not a tax return, payroll service or financial/legal advice. Do not act on it without verifying the applicable rules.
Tool inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted by this tool. Existing site analytics and advertising services have their own privacy terms.

How it works
Current ordinary wages are capped monthly. Additional wages are limited to the positive difference between the annual ceiling and entered annual subject ordinary wages. Round total contributions to the nearest dollar and employee contribution down, with employer as remainder. This full-rate model excludes low-wage graduated formulas and prior additional-wage use; subtract prior use from the available annual ceiling before a later bonus.
Worked example
These sample results use the original example inputs in the form. They do not change when you edit your inputs; your own result appears in the workspace.
- Current ordinary wages counted: 6000
- Additional wages counted: 10000
- Employee contribution rounded down: 3200
- Employer remainder: 2720
- Total CPF rounded: 5920
Read the result carefully
Results depend on the values and assumptions shown above. Change one input at a time to see its effect. A blank or unavailable result means the data does not support a calculation; it is not zero.
