Kazakhstan entered-base payroll worksheet
Reconcile employee deductions and income tax using confirmed bases, caps and deductions for your payroll situation.
Your inputs
Start with the example values, then replace them with your own. For tables, keep the vertical bar separators and use a dot for decimals.
Illustrative inputs are not certified current rates or an entitlement decision. Confirm the country, year, eligibility and contract. This limited model is not a tax return, payroll service or financial/legal advice. Do not act on it without verifying the applicable rules.
Tool inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted by this tool. Existing site analytics and advertising services have their own privacy terms.

How it works
For each employee contribution, multiply the entered base and rate and cap the amount. Tax gross pay minus the entered tax deduction and deductible contributions, floored at zero. Subtract contributions and tax from gross. Example parameters are illustrative; employer charges, progressive schedules and status-specific exemptions require separate calculation.
Worked example
These sample results use the original example inputs in the form. They do not change when you edit your inputs; your own result appears in the workspace.
- Employee contributions scenario: 60000
- Taxable pay scenario: 390000
- Income tax scenario: 39000
- Net pay scenario: 401000
| Deduction | Calculated amount |
|---|---|
| Pension | 50000 |
| Health insurance | 10000 |
Read the result carefully
Results depend on the values and assumptions shown above. Change one input at a time to see its effect. A blank or unavailable result means the data does not support a calculation; it is not zero.
