Data controller

For Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the controller is the operator of the Hesapoloji website. Requests may be submitted using the contact details below.

Data and purposes

We may process account details, contact form submissions, IP and security logs, polls and votes, and—where permitted—analytics or advertising identifiers. Purposes include providing the service, account and security administration, responding to requests, preventing abuse, legal compliance, and consented measurement or advertising.

Legal grounds and transfers

Data is collected electronically from users and technical records and processed where necessary for a contract, legal obligation, legal claims, legitimate interests or consent. Limited transfers may be made to hosting, email, security, analytics, CMP and advertising providers, subject to applicable safeguards for international transfers.

Retention and rights

Data is retained only as needed and as legally required. Contact records are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last action unless a dispute or legal duty requires longer retention. You may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint rights through our contact channels.
